30-minute rolls


 


INGREDIENTS:


1 cup and 2 tbsp. at. tablespoon hot water

⅓ cup oil

2 tbsp. at. active dry yeast (potted)

¼ cup sugar

½ tsp. at. salt tea

1 egg

3½ cups all-purpose flour


PREPARATION:



Preheat the oven to 400 ° F.


In a bowl, combine hot water, oil, baking powder and sugar.


Let sit for 15 minutes.


Thoroughly mix 2 cups of flour, salt and egg into the baking powder mixture.


Add the remaining 1 ½ cups in three equal parts flour, adding ½ cup at a time.


Make 12 balls of dough and place it in a 9 × 13 saucepan.


Let sit for 10 minutes.


Bake for 10 minutes or until golden brown.
